Considering your preferences and budget, we’ll craft a field sketch. You’ll have the lead as we present the sketch, allowing you to steer the direction and agree on a concept that truly reflects your vision.
Upon signing a Professional Design Agreement and submitting an initial deposit, you’ll be set for the next exciting phase: the design of your dream space.
Design
Our designers are dedicated to guiding you through every step, considering both the broader project vision and the intricate details to ensure your satisfaction with selections and budget. In a series of meetings, spanning your home and our showroom, we work together to refine the design, secure necessary permits, and thoroughly review plans.
The design process begins with an onsite meeting, capturing your vision, additional site measurements, and photos. A subsequent visit to our KGT showroom offers a comprehensive review of floor plans, sketches, 3D perspectives, and a virtual reality walk-through, allowing you to explore your redesigned space before committing. Your feedback is valued, and adjustments can be made to ensure the final design aligns seamlessly with your preferences.
Upon approval of the design, we engage with our vendors for quotes, finalize plans, specifications, and pricing, presenting the comprehensive package for your review. With your final approval, we initiate the permit application process, confirm material selections with our designer, and make any necessary updates within the agreed-upon budget.
A pre-construction conference, whether in person or through digital platforms, provides an opportunity to introduce you to your lead carpenter and discuss the preliminary project schedule and any logistical details. This schedule is then confirmed upon the approval of the plans submitted for permitting. Our commitment is to make your dream a reality through a collaborative and transparent process.

Whether you’re nearby or miles away, you’ll receive updates on the construction schedule and view progress photos. The portal also facilitates the swift approval of documents, streamlining the remodeling process.
